Update Quistis story to direct to Dollet

Expand on the dialogue with Quistis in Balamb Garden before you set off into the world. Make a note of sending the player to Dollet via Balamb Town. This will lead them to the town and the docks, where they will need to purchase a ticket, which will require them to collect sufficient Gil.
